Bookings & Cancellations A 50% deposit is due to reserve your booking date and will be valid for up to 6 months should you need to reschedule*. Since the date has been reserved for your shoot, I have a courtesy policy requesting 24 hour notice, which will allow me to change my schedule accordingly, should you need to cancel. Please call 24 hours in advance. If an emergency should arise on the day of your shoot, I will work with you, as life often throws us unexpected curves. I do request that you not take advantage of my understanding nature since this is how I earn my living. I will notify you if I feel we need to reschedule due to less than ideal weather conditions. * Please refer to Rescheduling section, below. |

Rescheduling One of the down-sides to doing on-location natural lit photography is that you & I have no control over mother nature. * Should we need to cancel due to wind, rain or other poor conditions, there is no time limit on rescheduling your shoot. Your deposit reserves your shoot at a later, mutually available time. If it is due to conflicts in your schedule, please call to reschedule a date within 6 mos. from your initial shoot date. |

Expectations If you have specific ideas or a list of photos that you would like to be accomplished, please go over these at the time of your booking so we can discuss what is necessary to achieve your goals. I will want to come prepared with props, lenses and other things that I need to capture those images. The day of the shoot is not usually the best time to bring those requests up, however, don’t let that deter you from asking if we can try a certain shot while we are shooting your photos. I will be honest and let you know if we have the time and the right tools to achieve it! |

Session Details Mini Session (30 - 45 min.) Mini sessions will include approximately 12 -15 professionally edited images** Perfect for professional or model head shots, personal profile images, mini friend sessions or for holiday cards! Available at limited locations. Full Session (1.5 hrs.) Full sessions will include 25+ professionally edited images.** Best for families, children, high school seniors, newly engaged couples & models for making wardrobe changes or photographing multiple people in various settings. Sessions Include: • my creative styling/photo shoot at mutually agreed upon location(s) • travel to/from location(s) - Additional fee will apply for travel over 25 miles. • pre-shoot consultation to discuss your goals, expectations, props and wardrobe choices. • up to 2 people per mini session & up to 4 people per full session ($20 per ea. addt’l person) • post shoot editing, light retouching and creative stylizing of all final images. • 1-2 hi-res digital jpeg image of choice provided on CD (determined by session choice) • in-person proofing & ordering session, or free consultation for online ordering. • password protected online gallery for you and other family members to view & place orders • a signed photo release is required to be completed allowing for my promotional use of your images ** Note: this is merely an approximation to give you an idea as to how much time is necessary to achieve the amount of photos you would like to take, but is not limited to these quantities. The weather, cooperation of the model(s), wardrobe changes, props and lighting are just some of the variables that can effect how many photos are achieved in a session. Digital Images with copyright release from photographer are available for purchase. Inquire about special discounted CD packages of the images from your shoot. The time allotted for your photo session begins at the time scheduled so please be sure to arrive on time so you do not limit the amount of time for for your overall session. Since I may have back-to-back sessions scheduled, I might not be able to accommodate your late arrival. I want you to get the most out of your session so plan to arrive early to allow for unexpected traffic or other delays. Viewing Proofs/Ordering Your edited proofs will be available approximately one week from the time of our shoot. They will be uploaded to a client access page on my photography website and you will be assigned client a code to gain access to them. This prohibits other site visitors from seeing your images unless you share with them the link and password. I am happy to do one-on-one personal viewing sessions with you to help you with your choices & ordering. Please let me know this preference in advance so we can schedule it at the time of your booking. Online ordering is easy. You can choose to order individual photos, select finishes, frames and other specialty products. You can crop the photo using the cropping guides provided. I review all orders prior to them being processed so I can point out to you things that I feel you might want to change. I also have discounted package pricing options for ordering multiple prints. The site also accepts coupons and special discounts that I make available, and it also allows you to use your credit card or paypal for payment. You also get to choose shipping options to expedite your order. For turnaround times, please check with me since there are varying times depending on the types of products that are ordered. Should you be interested in a gift album, custom announcement, photo card or novelty item that you don’t see offered, please check with me for pricing and availability. Certain items are self-fulfilled by our studio from various vendors. You can order and pay for these online, but they will be shipped separately. Digital Images (without the copyright logo) are also available on CD or electronic download from this site. Inquire about this service prior to checkout so that I can make this option available for your images. |

Pricing/Payment Policy A 50% deposit is due to reserve your shoot time with the balance due the day of the shoot. We accept cash or checks payable to: Cheri Wenger Design. Credit Cards are only accepted on online orders or in person to pay for your shoot or order. Cash and checks are preferred for payment. Prices are subject to change, but are guaranteed upon the placement of your order. Sales tax wil be added at the time of billing. Returned checks are subject to bank return fee charges. All prices are subject to change at any time, but guaranteed at the time of booking/ordering. Quality portraits are a lifetime investment, however they shouldn’t cost a lifetime of savings. Customer Loyalty Discount Program Refer a friend and receive a $25 credit towards your order or future services with a new client booking. You will receive a numbered customer loyalty card (like a gift certificate) entitling you to this discount. You can receive multiple loyalty cards, which MAY be combined for bigger discounts, with a maximum of 5 per year. You may ALSO receive your own loyalty discount for booking multiple shoots. Loyalty cards CANNOT be combined with already discounted services or special promotions & packages to receive cash back. Once the referral booking has been confirmed and the deposit received, your registered customer loyalty card will be mailed to you. Expiration is 1 year from the issue date. |
